Before you begin
RR Compare is here for one thing: comparing robotaxi fares and planning your rides.
A few things are outside what it does:
- Sexual or romantic conversation or content
- Abusive, hateful or harassing language
- Anything illegal or meant to harm someone
- Pretending to be another real person or organisation
- Advice that needs a licensed professional
- Attempts to make it ignore its rules
- Abusive, hateful or sexual wording in anything you share with other users
- Sharing another person's private details without their agreement
If a request goes there, the assistant will decline and bring things back to what it is for. After five warnings for misuse, the assistant is switched off for the account until you contact support.
Your privacy
Your conversations with RR Compare belong to you. Only you can open them from your account.
To answer you, your messages are processed by the AI service that powers RR Compare.
If the rules are broken repeatedly, we are told that it happened and what kind of rule it was. We are never shown what was said.
The assistant is an AI. It is not a person and not a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Fares shown are estimates. RR Compare is not a ride service and is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
