1Always verify the vehicle ID matches what's shown in the app before entering.
2Sit in the back seat and fasten your seatbelt — autonomous vehicles can brake suddenly.
3Keep your phone charged and the RoboRide app open during your ride.
4If the vehicle behaves erratically, use the in-vehicle stop button and call the provider's safety line.
5Save your emergency contacts before your first ride — it takes 30 seconds.
6Know your route — if the vehicle takes an unexpected path, check the map in the app.
