RoboRide is NOT responsible for ride quality, safety, delays, accidents, or any issues that may occur during a ride. All rides are fulfilled by third-party providers (Waymo, Zoox, Tesla, May Mobility, and others) and the user's relationship is solely with the provider, NOT with RoboRide.

RoboRide is NOT liable for any damages, injuries, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from booking or riding with any provider. Users assume all risk when booking rides through any provider.

RoboRide is NOT a party to any transaction between users and ride providers. RoboRide does not process payments for rides, dispatch vehicles, or guarantee ride availability.

Price estimates displayed on RoboRide are NOT guaranteed. Actual prices, wait times, and trip durations may vary based on provider availability, surge pricing, traffic, weather, and other factors outside RoboRide's control.

RoboRide's commission on bookings, where applicable, is a service fee for facilitating the price comparison and booking link — it does NOT constitute an assumption of liability, responsibility, or partnership with any provider.

By using RoboRide and booking any ride, you acknowledge and agree that RoboRide bears no responsibility for the outcome of any ride or transaction.
